Usually when a garment is finished, the factory will check the quality of the garment. So how should we check to determine the quality of the garment.
The quality inspection of garments can be divided into two categories: "intrinsic quality" and "extrinsic quality" inspection.
1.A garment intrinsic quality inspection
a.the garment "intrinsic quality inspection" refers to the garment: color fastness, PH value, formaldehyde, shrinkage rate, metal toxic substances. And so on.
b. many of the "intrinsic quality" inspection is visually invisible, so it is necessary to set up a special inspection department and professional equipment for testing, after the test is qualified, they will be sent to the company's quality personnel by the "report" party test.
2.External quality inspection of garments
External quality inspection includes appearance inspection, size inspection, fabric/accessories inspection, process inspection, embroidery printing/washing water inspection, ironing inspection, packaging inspection. Let's get specific from a few simple aspects.
a.Appearance inspection: Check the appearance of the garment for defects such as damage, obvious color difference, drawing, colored yarn, broken yarn, stains, fading color, miscellaneous color, etc.
b.Size inspection: measurement can be carried out according to the relevant data, the clothes can be laid out, and then the measurement and verification of parts.
c.accessories inspection: for example, zipper inspection: pull up and down is smooth. Check the button: whether the color and size of the button are consistent with that of the button, and whether it falls off.
d.Embroidery printing/washing water inspection: pay attention to the inspection, embroidery printing position, size, color, pattern effect. The acid washing should be checked: hand feel effect, color, not without tatters after washing water
e.Ironing inspection: pay attention to whether the ironed garment is plain, beautiful, wrinkled yellow, water marks.
f.Packaging inspection: use of documents and data, check the label, plastic bag, bar code stickers, hangers whether it is correct. Whether the packing quantity meets the requirement and the size is correct.
